UHMWPE Anchor Plate

UHMWPE anchor plates are compression-molded with integral anchor studs (bolts or T-shaped anchors) on the back face. The studs are embedded in the UHMWPE during molding, creating a mechanical bond that is stronger than adhesive attachment. The front face provides the low-friction, wear-resistant UHMWPE surface that prevents material buildup (sticking) and reduces abrasive wear of the steel structure. Stud patterns, stud dimensions, and plate thickness are customized to the customer's structural design. The plates are typically welded or bolted to the steel substrate through the anchor studs. Available in standard UHMWPE (white) and anti-static grades (black) for explosive dust environments.
