Product Overview
Nylon guide rails and strips for linear motion guidance in conveyor and automation systems. Made from PA6 or PA66 nylon with excellent dimensional stability and wear resistance. Custom profiles machined to your drawings.
Technical Details
Nylon guide rails are precision-machined from extruded or cast PA6/PA66 bar stock or sheet. They provide accurate linear guidance for conveyor systems, automation equipment, and machinery. The self-lubricating properties of nylon reduce friction and wear without external lubrication. Oil-filled nylon (MoS₂ or oil-impregnated) grades provide further friction reduction for demanding applications. Custom profiles including T-slots, dovetails, U-channels, and complex cross-sections are machined using CNC equipment to tight tolerances. Nylon guide rails are lighter than metal alternatives and do not corrode, making them suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical environments.
