Chain guide rails made from UHMWPE or Nylon PA6 for conveyor systems. Provides low-friction guidance for conveyor chains, reducing noise, wear, and energy consumption. Available in standard profiles or custom-machined to drawing.
Technical Details
Conveyor chain guide rails are precision-machined or extruded from UHMWPE or Nylon PA6/PA66. UHMWPE rails offer superior wear resistance and lower friction, making them ideal for high-speed or heavily loaded conveyor systems. Nylon rails provide better dimensional stability and higher stiffness for precision guidance applications. Both materials are self-lubricating, eliminating the need for external lubrication and reducing maintenance costs. Standard profiles include T-slot, U-channel, L-angle, and flat strip. Custom profiles are machined to customer drawings. Rails are available with pre-drilled mounting holes and countersunk fastener recesses for easy installation.
