Product Overview
PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer) sheet offers superior chemical resistance and higher rigidity compared to standard PP copolymer. Excellent for chemical processing equipment, electroplating tanks, and semiconductor wet processing applications.
Technical Details
PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer) is the purest form of polypropylene, produced without comonomer additions. This results in higher crystallinity, greater stiffness, and superior chemical resistance compared to copolymer grades. PPH is the preferred material for chemical processing equipment, especially for handling strong acids and alkalis. It can be welded by hot gas, extrusion, or butt fusion welding to fabricate tanks, vessels, and piping systems. PPH is halogen-free and complies with RoHS and REACH regulations. It is resistant to virtually all inorganic chemicals and most organic solvents at room temperature. The material is translucent in thin sections, allowing visual inspection of tank contents.
